Allterco JSCo announced details regarding the upcoming capital increase
The company's goal is to increase its capital to 18.0 mln by issuing 3.0 mln new ordinary shares with a nominal value of BGN 1.00.
The issue price per share is set at BGN 3.00 for the shares available for subscription during the capital increase.
The procedure will be successful if at least 1.0 mln shares are subscribed and fully paid. The capital increase will be done through the issue of subscription rights. For every existing share, one right is issued. Every 5 rights allow their holders to subscribe for 1 new ordinary share.
The Bulgarian Stock Broker Karoll AD is appointed for the offering's manager.
The prospectus is awaiting approval from the Financial Supervision Commission.
